This month, February 2014, the most beautiful bride Krista & her husband Jeremy tied the knot in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Despite the bitter cold outdoors, the beautiful, winter wedding & festivities carried on without a hitch.

 

Krista radiated in her gorgeous, flowing wedding dress.

March against 20 yrs of NAFTA



January 2014 marked 20 years of NAFTA. The bitter, cold Canadian Winter didn't deter us from voicing our opposition to NAFTA's devastating consequences for working families, small farmers, indigenous peoples, small business people & the environment.

 





Mourners marched on January 28, 2014 in downtown Hamilton. 20 yrs of NAFTA has seen 35,000 manufacturing jobs lost locally in last decade

The Trade Justice group of the Hamilton chapter of the Council of Canadians ('CoC') has joined an Intercontinental Day of Action, saying 'Enough!' to 20 years of NAFTA.

We're marching to our CoC Chapter meeting at Volunteer Hamilton where Graham Flint will be making a presentation about the Flamborough community's struggle against St. Mary's Cement and the NAFTA challenge.
